Yvonne Lyngaas Zeman is the founder, CEO and Director of Brand Development at Monarch & Company, a creative merchandising agency based in Chicago and Denver. In these leadership roles, Yvonne helps curate unforgettable merchandising solutions for large corporations and advertising agencies. Monarch & Company was named one of the greatest companies to work for by industry publication PPB in 2018.
Yvonne started Monarch & Company in 2009 at age 25. She saw a need in the industry for a daring disrupter who would work tirelessly to provide both clients and vendors with the best possible experience in the creative merchandising space. In less than 10 years, Yvonne has overseen Monarch & Company’s growth from a one-person shop to a staff of six, with a roster of well-known clients and innovative vendors.
Named to Chicago Business Journal’s Women of Influence list in 2018, Yvonne is a passionate and energetic entrepreneur who leads by example. Yvonne holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and also studied at the University of Costa Rica.
